ONE DAY CHAKRA WORKSHOP

DISCOVER THE POWER WITHIN. THE PATH TO THE AWAKENING OF KUNDALINI

Like the lotus flower growing up from the mud the chakras symbolise a path of development from a primitive being to a fully blossoming consciousness.

Awakening the energy and power of the chakras changes the way you think about your life and your work. Begin to understand the meaning of control in your life as you learn to dialogue with your body and listen to its messages to you. Remember — your body is your greatest teacher. Learn to trust and surrender to your higher-self energies, thus releasing yourself to your true soulpurpose.

Time 9.30am- 6 pm.
